6 Gout Drinks to Avoid
Here are 6 drinks that gout sufferers should avoid. Some of these are obvious but some maybe less obvious as they can be masked as healthy drinks.
1. Beer

It should come as no surprise that beer is the most deadly drink for Gout patients. Beer contains not only alchohol which contributes to uric acid in your body, but it contains other ingredients that are high in purines which further exacerbates the risk of Gout.
Larges studies have found that as few as two to four beers a week increases the risk of gout by 25%. Men who drank at least two beers a day were more than two times as likely to develop Gout as non-beer drinkers.
